How to merge .tsi files

Anyone know a way to merge .tsi files? I know the old traktor tools used to work for older versions, but is there a newer app that will do this with current mappings? I have a launchpad mapping with 4 .tsi files and want to merge them into one. Also have two X1 mappings and want to swap things around from one to the other. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have this app but not sure how to do it. I open the 2 .tsi files I want to edit then highlight and drag my commands to the new .tsi but it doesnt keep the midi ch. and note information. I mainly want to use this to combine my 4 Launchpad tsi's to one.
