locked mp3? need help here

so.

I made a track with FL, exported as mp3 and emailed to a singer for her put lyrics at it.
But she is saying that the file is locked and she can't open it at Pro-Tools, only in itunes.
What should I do?

She could export from iTunes to WAV by converting it. See iTunes-Preferences-General-Import Settings... and then select the mp3 file inside iTunes and issue Advanced-Create WAV version (assuming WAV was set in Import Settings...) Then drag it out and use.

I'm no Pro Tools user but very surprised if Pro Tools can't read MP3 files...
