Default Budget of $600 for my first DJ setup, are my choices well-matched?

I'm trying to get my first setup together for house DJing w/ Traktor. Here's what I came up with as a package to fit my $600 budget...should these play nice together, and do y'all have any alternative suggestions?

    Behringer DDM4000 Mixer - $275
    NI Traktor Kontrol X1 - $150
    M-Audio AV40 speakers - $140
    Behringer UCA202 Audio Interface - $24

I really would not get that sound card, anything lower than an NI Audio 2 or a Numark DJ iO really sucks...

Other than that, sounds like a very good setup to me!

(you're using the DDM4000 externally, not midi, right?)

Why do you need the mixer? I.e two X1s or are you going to use the mixer as the controller?

I'd recommend getting a decent 2 channel mixer over the DDM, maybe an Ecler Nuo 2. And +1 to a different soundcard - you get what you pay for.

Also, I happen to be selling AV40s and an Audio 2 if you decide to go that route.

Oh hell yes to the Ecler Nuo 2.0.

I absolutely adore mine and I really could not think of a better mixer for the price.

@ksandvik :: yeah, I'd use the mixer for most controller functions, and X1 to control the virtual decks.

I'll pick up the NI Audio 2 instead, already have good cans. (sorry of this is a stupid question) but will I be able to cue tracks on the headphone port on the A2?

Thx for the gear links, I'd love to buy from one of you and that S4 is a tempting deal... but my budget is $600 because that's what I have in amazon credit, so that's where I gotta pick everything up.
