Default Gear Stand for Flight Cases

I was in my local Guitar Center today and noticed they had these fabricated pieces of metal screwed into an Odyssey Flight Case. I have been looking for something exactly like this for awhile to clean up my setup. I asked the clerk if they sold them (which I doubted) and if not where they purchased them from.

They seem pretty straight forward as far as design goes. I would maybe find someone who could make something a bit more sturdier structurally so I wouldn't have to screw them in place. They seem to just be slipped into the side of the case and screwed down with 2 screws one on top and one on the side.

He had no clue, told me they were just the display then proceeded to tell me about there awesome uber stand . I'm gonna check to see if my college has a machine shop and possibly get one of them to make something similar for me. Beyond that anyone have a clue as to where I could get either exactly these or something similar to them. I would love to have something custom made but I don't have the skill to draw it all out and what not. Any ideas?

DIY probably. Or guitar center makes them for display only. Ask someone a bit more in touch with the higher ranks of guitar center.

I'm guessing custom as well. It is a good idea, but dismantling it when moving might be a bit of a pain.

Yeah that's what I thought but I don't currently have a residence anywhere and I would probably only use it for home use and the occasional house party so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle. Anyone good a creating design specs wanna give it a go?
