    Default S4 Auto Controlling Traktor

Hey guy's really hope u can help with this.

A few days ago i was playing traktor with the s4 with no problems.
Then all of a sudden, the s4 started loading sample decks on traktor, changing view modes on traktor, basically just changing everything in traktor...

Now i only get about 5 minutes into playing traktor when it happens.

Im thinking i will have to get the s4 repaired.. everything works perfect without the s4...

Here is a video of what happens when trying to play traktor with the s4.

Try deleting the 'Traktor Settings.tsi' file. The default path for
    this file is:

    Windows XP:
    C:\documents and Settings\*your user name*\My Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor
    2.x.x\Traktor Settings.tsi

    Vista & Windows 7:
    C:\users\*your user name*\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor 2.x.x\Traktor
    Settings.tsi

    Mac:
    Macintosh HD:user\*your user name*\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor
    2.x.x\Traktor Settings.tsi

Then start Traktor again, and let us know if this works.

Ok it worked for a while, but still have the same problem.

Also when it does happen, nothing works on the s4, and when i restart the s4 and it just sweeps the lights non stop.

    Faulty PSU? USB wire?

I have tried 5 or 6 usb cables.. still no difference..

I doubt its the psu, the s4 still does the light sweep when only connected via usb.

Try contacting NI Product Support here: http://www.native-instruments.com/en...oduct-support/

I think that's your best shot right now...

Just rename the Traktor Settings_tsi to Traktor Settings_BACKUP.tsi
Then restart everything. It fixed the problem for me permanently.
