S4 Audio help and button help!

hey there i just got the s4 about 2 hours ago and ive been trying to sort out the sound issues. i cant seem to get sound to come out of my headphones and speakers at the same time. i have speakers connected to my pcs onboard audio and headphones into the S4. also allot of the left sides buttons arent working at all.. the load buttons and the samples and the cue buttons are not working at all. the jogwheel and fx and everything else works fine but not the others. please help me someone

Do you have the power adapter plugged in? Also make sure you have the latest S4 drivers and updates for traktor through the service center.

Speakers need to be plugged into the main outs on the S4.

In preferences, you need to make sure the main and monitor outs are correctly selected.

Sounds like you also need to spend some time with the manual......

i just send the sucker back they said its most likley a faulty device so now im just waiting all over again for another one
