Fx deck 2 problem

OK so my fx 3 knob is loose, in the sense that I can lift the knob up and down as if its loose and when I move back and forth between unity point (or the middle i guess, depending on the effect). I am wondering is it worth it to send it in or should I try to repair it myself. Also, I dobnt want to void the warranty. Any one else have a similar if so how did you resolve.

I wouldn't try to repair yourself if it is still in warranty. Start a ticket with NI support and send it in.
