    Default Moving Loops

    Hello

Is there a way to move a loop 4 or 8 bars to the left or right on a track?

I know we can adjust the length of the loops, but I would like control where a loop is on the track.

    Thanks
    Danny

Well since the question is in the VCI-100 forum I think he's probably using a VCI-100. What mapping are you using?

Yes. You're going to need to map the following commands either to (most likely a pair of) buttons, or an encoder:
    • Cue/Loops>Cue/Loop Move Mode- Button, Direct to Loop
    • Cue/Loops>Cue/Loop Move Size- Button, Direct to whatever # of beats (or loop, for the size of the active loop)
    • Cue/Loops>Cue/Loop Move- either [button inc/dec] or [encoder relative]
17" MBP, TP2, X1, MF Classic (soon to be custom), Custom VCI-100, Oxygen 25, Guitar Hero Guitar (inspired by DJTT!), MBox 3 (overkill, but swapping to Audio2)
