Yes. I dropped the f-ing receiver. It fell a whole 8 rack spaces while I was trying to mount it in my new rack case. I thought nothing of it. I hooked it into a used gemini mixer and figured the buzz was coming from that. Bought a new denon mixer.... Same buzz. It's obnoxious. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and started picking up Coast to Coast AM before it fully powered up. Sent a very honest straight-forward letter to their customer service to see if they can make me a deal on a new receiver or if they think the type of drop that doesn't cause any cosmetic damage is not considered abuse. I just told them to be honest on what I should do and I know I have some fault in the issue. Anybody have a similar problem? I have heard nothing but good things about these microphones. In fact people boast about how many times drunk karaoke singers have dropped the handsets. I guess nobody tried dropping the receiver. Should I try to open it up myself?

Thanks
