Default Korg NanoKontrol:"toggle" or "momentary" and LEDS?

I have been setting up my Korg Nano Konrol with Traktor and having not what I want in terms of LED feedback. I mean I want for example a button to turn off low bass kill. I set it to Toggle and it takes like three pushes of the button to toggle between on to off. Then I try "Momentary" from the Korg Editor and I get the response I want, but then the LEDs do not show on the Korg, when I would want them illuminated to see what is on or off..Any ideas here?

i know the lights cant be edited or changed besides momentary and toggle, but i think you should be able to set up traktor or whatever program you are using to see that the button push is a toggle or momentary so it doesn't take a couple key presses like you are describing to activate the button's function.

i can't recall doing anything out of the ordinary setting up the buttons as toggle in ableton, and it works like you want; push the button down, the related function is activated, the light is on until i push the button again and the function is deactivated and the light is off.

You can actually control the leds... tripped over this yesterday, thought I'd share, even though this thread is a bit oldish...

anyways, you need to set your leds to external mode. To do this, fire up Korg Kontrol Editor and select the device. At the very top of the controls list, you'll see 'Common'. Select it, find the led mode setting, and change it to external. Write back to the device, and you can now control the leds.

Far as I can tell, it's only on or off, no varying levels of brightness.

    Hope this helps someone!
