S2 crossfader

Hey guys,

I have just one (I guess) very simple question. How to swap crossfader sides on S2. (So if crossfader is on right side jog/side B plays.)

If it's like the S4, then you would press and hold shift. Then over the EQ section of each deck is the 1+2 button of FX routing (right underneath the gain knob of each deck) The button 1 is for the left side of the X-fader and 2 for the right side. So when you hold shift, Deck A will have button number 1 lit up. Meaning it is assigned to the left side. To swap it you would just press the 1 button, while still holding shift , and the light will shut off. Then while still holding shift press the 2 button and it will light up. Vice versa to swap deck B. Also if you don't assign it to any side of the x-fader (None of the lights are on when you press shift) then obviously that deck is always live regardless of position of x-fader.

Thats kinda cool....you cant mess with the S4 mapping at all. I was trying to give the OP the shortcut so you can just do it on the fly while mixing, otherwise the easiest way would be just to go to preferences/mixer/mixer layout and click on x-fader to show the x-fader on the screen of Traktor. You can then just click on whatever decks you want or dont want on each side of x-fader.
