Kontrol S4 Deck C/D issue

Hi guys.

I've noticed sometimes when I'm playing a song in say, Deck B, then I have started to beatmatch a song on Deck C, even with the xfader completely to the right (B/D side) that I can hear audio on my monitors! This works in vice versa when a song on A is playing and I'm cueing up a song on D...and I get audio! This is a big issue as it renders headphones useless in this case. Please what can I do?

Have you tried turning the headphone mix knob on the front?
