Sl1 and ASIO4ALL

i read a little snippet and have heard rumors that with the asio4all drivers and the SL1 you can use the sound-card for Traktor Scratch Pro and Serato Scratch Live. can anyone here bring some more information.

i've even seen this video "demonstrating" it. i just want to make sure this is true before i invest in this.

no mate, the sl1 wont work with traktor timecode, it will work with traktor but you will have to control your transport (play/pause)etc.. from a controller or internally. A used audio 4 is much cheaper than a used sl1 anyways. in fact about half the price! plus the sl1 is only usb 1.1. compliant, which means speeds etc.. will be slower than that of a audio4

edit: the a4 has 24bit audio wheras the sl1 only has 16bit, thus the sound quality will be better from the NI unit.
