Question about warranty on 2nd Hand s4

I decided on purchasing an S4 and I found a new sealed in box S4 for $750.

I want to purchase the unit, but I want to find out how the registration for the warranty works. Once you get past the serial number screen on the Native Instruments site does it want to know information about when you purchased it?
Or in other words, is there anything that I wouldn't be able to provide to get the warranty since I would not be the original purchaser?
