problem setting up mapping

for some reason its saying i dont have the right program to run the mapping. i have windows 7. any help with this would be much appreciated

ok well i downloaded the custom mapping and the file picture is just a piece of paper like it doesn't have any relation to any program. when i click on it it says windows cannot open the file and thats all i know about it

In Traktor (I assume that is what you are using) go in to preferences to controller manager. If it is the DJTT S2 or S4 mapping you will want to use the big import button at the bottom, go to your downloaded TSI an select it. You will need to do this twice in order to have the fx order import correctly.

Also have a look at your manual which can be found by clicking the help tab when not in full screen. There is a section on TSIs and how to import as well as a lot of other useful info.
