    Default VCI 400 latency issue?

Hi folks, I'm trying my best to decide between the S4 and the VCI 400, as I believe many, many people is. I was doing some research on the internet when I read about this major issue the 400 could have with Windows users. I read of some controllerists getting like a 160 (or even more) ping, which unables you to cue juggle and in some cases to play with pre-recorded loops, as well. Did it happen to any of you? Is there any way to solve this (firmware update, software update)?

It's resolved with the new firmware upgrade available on the Vestax website.

you're right the threads are more headed to S4 vs. VCI400. but as Agastya says. latency issues under windows will be resolved with the new vestax firmware

yh to get really low latency with no pops and crackles (you may still get midi noises when opening large folders outside of your track collection) set traktors process affinity to chip 1 (the second chip (dual core = minimum requirements)) and its priority to high I have a very stable 9ms using this technique

@Riddimz : I'm guessing you're a Windows user not Apple? I'm trying to figure out if something equivalent can be done in Mac OS X.
