VC-400 EGE issue

I just received my VCI-400 EGE and it's the best looking / feeling controller I've ever used! I have an issue with with the deck C/A play button. When I have deck A selected and I press play the play button on Deck A in Traktor lights up but does not play. While deck A is still playing if I switch the deck to C then deck A will start playing. If I switch back to Deck A then deck A will stop playing again. The same issue happens when I start with deck C but the the B/D decks work fine. I've tried to import the tsi several times but I still have the issue. Any ideas?

Figured it out, it was the touch sensor setting.
