S2 + Midi Fighter instant grat mapping?

Hi Guys,

Just purchased an S2, and up until today i've been using a kontrol X1 and a midi fighter (instant grat mapping) to control 2 decks in traktor pro2. I was wondering if it is possible to use the instant grat mapping for the midifighter along with the S2, without overriding the S2's effects.

Previously, when using both the kontrol X1 and the midi fighter together, the midi fighter effects over-rode the effects on the X1, so i remapped the X1's effects knobs to control the 3-band EQ. I was hoping that the instant grat mapping could be combined with the S2 without overriding the effects on the S2. If this is possible, could anyone help me figure out how to do it?

Edit: i actually can't even get the midi fighter to work now for some reason. I've imported the 4banks.tsi file and it wont generate the effects when i play a track, even when the S2 is unplugged.

Yeah I have both working together flawlessly. Or well, I put the instant grat mapping on my Maschine, but yeah.
