    Exclamation Desperate need of input...

    I have 2 Technics 1210's already and am going to need a DVS by Saturday.

    I've been looking into my options for a mixer and soundcard and I need to know if this will work:

    Option 1----->2 Technics/Audio 6/Xone:22/TSP2

    Option 2----->2 Technics/Audio 6/Vestax VMC-002XLu/TSP2

    Option 3----->2 Technics/Korg Zero 4/TSP2

    Option 4----->2 Technics/Korg KM 202/TSP2

    When it comes to software DJ'ing, I've only dealt with controllers and when I mix vinyl, it's only at home, using a "Realistic" brand mixer from like the '80s.

    I need some input ASAP, thanks!

    Audio 2 doesn't work with time code.

    That's odd i don't see any mention of an audio 2 in the OP.

    But to answer your question. Buying a complete system like that is something that should be thought out and planned, since it's your setup and your money that's going into it. Personally i would go with option 1, but maybe you can give us some more information on what your function is on saturday that you need the equipment so soon for. Have you ever used DVS or traktor before?

    He edited it after I posted.

    I'd go with option 2, but I'm a vestax fanboy.

    Sorry, yea, I edited the first post...but the function is just a charity fundraiser, nothing crazy, but I also do weddings, house parties, school dances, and I have a few club gigs coming up this summer, if that helps anything.

    How good of a mixer is the Ecler Nuo4? A member on here has one for sale and it looks to be a solid mixer, but I'm not entirely sure.

    It's older. But it feels awesome and has some cool features. The weird thing is the ecler EQ knob with a really wide mid section…there's a setting in Traktor to emulate it so you can hear what it sounds like before you commit.

    I've pretty much got the same setup as option 2, the VMC-002XLU is a decent mixer, the crossfader is crap for scratching but other than that its a decent mixer, I got it really cheap second hand though. If i had the option of any of the other mixers in that list i'd probably choose them over it, except that KM202 wow that looks ugly...i just hate white gear though.
