Default Chroma cap faders fits the VCI-400! All you need to do is...

Apply a small piece of paper inside the cap's slot. Just tried it and it fits nice and tightly (it even requires force to remove them!)

My trick is using the blue putty that's used for hanging posters etc. You put a little bit of that inside a fader knob and it'll fit real snug but will still be removable. I put a little bit of that on the crossfader knob on my DJM600 to keep it from coming off. Now I can wail on the crossfader and it stays put

It comes with chroma cap knobs, but the line faders, cross faders and tempo faders are Vestax originals (the ones that came with the VCI-100 EGE)
