Thread: USB Cable

    Default USB Cable

Hey so I finally figured out what I'm going to get for a first serious setup (original VCI 400 + Midi Fighter 3D) and had a quick question about USB cables.

I suppose first of all, does the MF3D come with a USB cable? I didn't see anything about it on the page, but I like to make sure.

My second, main question is how would "Mediabridge High-Speed 2.0" USB cable compare to the DJTT USB cables they sell on this site? Or can anyone recommend a USB cable that rivals the DJTT Cable?

Has anyone found some really short (30cm or so) right angled high quality USB cables or could DJtechtools get some made up, I'm looking for three for a new setup I've been working on?

Not right angle, but this is the best I could find. Could you specify what kind of USB you need? This is A to B, and it's about 12 inches (30.48 cm).

    Thanks mate, it's for 3 NI controllers, 2x X1 and a F1 plugging into a USB hub?

I'll probably just stick to my cables that came with the controllers if I can't find great quality ones

The standard native instrument ones are ok, not super flash but they do have one ferrite. I use the original DJTT cables for my X1's, a new DJTT (the blue type) for my soundcard and the included right angle cable for the MF3D.

Can DJ Tech tools do different cable lengths?

I'm pretty sure they don't have a manufacturing facility just yet

Components are shipped in pre made would be my guess.

The USB cables will be the same. They will probably then clip ferrites on and a nice shiney sticker.
