    Default New producer software selection

    I have been djing for a bit and now want to get into producing. I already have an s2 and run it with traktor. So my question is what bit of software/equipment do I buy? When the Maschine sale came about I was tempted to go in that direction, but from what I heard the software has its limits and struggles to produce full songs without a DAW. Because I already own traktor I'm wondering whether ableton live is worth it vs. reason or logic. But if I'm wrong about the Maschine statement I would probably prefer that route as the controller and software are a combined 400

    Search the forums mate, there are plenty of threads discussing the pros and cons of the different options in the market.
