S4 Jack Port problem

Hi there guys!
I have some of a major problem with my S4. When I plug in a cable in the 2nd 1/4" Jack port I can't hear anything unless I turn up the volume on the controller at maximum, and also my speakers volume at maximum, and then I can barely hear the song?

It's worth mentioning that the other 1/4" Jack port and the RCA port work very fine.
It still has 1 year of warranty, and I can return it if necessary.

Please post a screenshot of your input/output settings.

It doesn't have anything to do with the input/output, as I've reinstalled the software, just to make sure it's not a software problem.
Now I've also seen that I my phones work on Mono (I can only hear the sound in the right one)...
