Noob With MC3000 Raycotek 4d Mapping problem

I'm a newbie at all this and I just purchase a mc3000 and started playing with all the software options. Tried Virtual DJ but didn't like it layout and I did not want to spent 149$ to upgrade to find out if I like skinning it. Download a demo version of Traktor pro 2 and So far I love it. I'm using the Raycotek 4d mapping and I have a question about Flux Mode. The instruction said to activate that I must press EFX + DECK CHG A I can't not for the correct button to press? EFX is certainly not any of the EFX 1-4 and there is no button mark just EFX.

Also when i'm using it the alot of the the banks for macro fx and the smart button are empty. How do I program my own in?
