Help with Beat Phase output for each beat in a bar?

Hi DJTT mappers
I am busy making myself a sweet touch osc mapping for traktor 2.6 which I have put on my android tablet and am currently perfecting. I was wondering if anyone knows how to map OUTs so that I can get different LEDs to flash on each beat in a bar: I am sure there must be a way to do this with a modifier incrementing and resetting to 1 after 4 but I can't quite work that out :P
