MF Utility wont open Mac OS X

Constantly get the "program not responding" message in the task manager window.
Eventually if I let it sit open long enough it crashes and gives me a report.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times (I have a cleaning program that deletes associated files as well upon placement int he recycle bin) and it still won't work.

What do!?
