i like it, Night is one of top tracks. regarding whether to release it or not, legalities aside here, the question i always ask myself with "blends"/"mashups"/etc is whether it can be easily replicated by someone else with those two tracks. if you're just laying one over the other and not much else, wouldn't it sound the same if someone during a set was transitioning between those two tracks? unlikely, maybe, but impossible, not really. so ultimately if you want to call it your own, make it your own by being creative with it. throw in some effects, cut it, just go nuts so it doesn't sound like any other transition in a set, you know? (not trying to hate, it's good, just giving some constructive advice!)

yeah i am not look to release it or anything it is just a mash up, i just the download thing if i put it up for download will i piss anyone off? and i am not looking to call it my own but thanks for the input
