Okay, If this is my synthline arrangement (mid-high / high sounds)
What notes can I write my bassline (mid-low/low-end) in?

F and A#/Bflat are your two primary notes with a G#/Aflat in there as well, but not as prominent as the other two. So I'd go with notes from something like a Bflat 7 chord which would allow you to play the F, A#/Bflat, G#/Aflat and and D as the notes you could use in your bassline.

Technically whatever scale you are in, you can use any of the notes of your scale but obviously there will be notes that will fit better hence become a better decision in terms of the notes you can use.
Also something I can tell you, instead of exact notes, make sure what will be the memorable part of your track. If your synth line is your melody, then it will be better if you use more of a rhythmic bass line that doesn't jump around notes too much.
If you already have a chord progression for the track, you can also use the notes in your chord progression and it will help it fit nicely too.
