It's the generic (Magma) stand. You can get them with the additional shelf in th eUK for ~£20.

I have an odyssey stand, and it is identical to that one, only black. Its a good stand, not as sturdy as a crane, but it does the job. Mine came with the bottom legs, as well as clamps to attach it to flight cases.
