so i just got the s4 controller, and i dont know if i messed something up, but i cant figure out how to get the right jogwheel to scratch again. when i try to scratch, it just makes a weird sound and doesnt move the marker on the track. it just seems to bounce in the same position. the left jogwheel works fine. please help me fix this.

Try re-importing the mapping.
