using a mic on the S4 MK2

there has got to be a way to do this without sacrificing a dec..

there are mic gain's on the front and back of the s4 mk2 ... why is this so freaking hard nativeinstruments!!! the mic input should be a cake-walk to make it work..

anyone point me in the right direction to figure this out?

i know it's an aux in .. .why wont it just work as an aux in with the mic gain in the back?
going back to figure it out.
i'll let you guys know if i get this time!
