What is the proper Sample Rate and Buffer setting in Traktor Pro 2 ?

Kontrol S4 MK1, Mac Intel Quad Core I7 2.0 GHZ 16GB RAM.

you set them both as low as you can until you hear weird noises and then move up til their are gone honestly.
There is a no "proper"
it depends on what your computer is running and how it runs normally.
