Default xone 23c vs xone 23+soundcard

    Hello,

is it worth waiting for xone 23c release? I like the concept of integrated soundcard, but I dont even know if it will run well with Traktor. Should I just buy xone23 + Audio 2?

    Thanks

    I just bought a Xone:23 and I own a Audio 6.
I believe you are more flexible with a dedicated soundcard. Do you use Traktor Scratch? It needs Traktor approved hardware to work properly. Xone:23C is not Traktor approved hardware.

I don't see why it wouldn't run well with Traktor. A&H puts out solid products. If I had to guess, it'll probably be the same sound card as the one in the K2 which works fine.

Slightly different soundcard to the K2, as you can use it for DVS control, so I guess it's a 2 in 2 out soundcard rather than the 2 out of the K2. Should still work fine if you just wanted to use it for 2 decks of audio out of traktor.

If you don't want to wait I suggest you check for a Denon X600 It's discontinued so you might get it cheap and it's even better than the Xone 23c (mic, aux1, aux 2 input and controls, crossfader and linefader curve control, full FX, MIDI mappable, DVS with Traktor on win)

I really like it. It's small, handy, has enough functions for me and my DJing I do at the moment since I use only 2 decks in Traktor.
It's loud as hell You really have to take care to not pump the volume up too loud.

If that's out of your budget go for the xone
