Default Maschine for Indigenous kids to make hip hop??

    Hi Team.
I work with indigenous kids here in far north old, Australia.. I have Native Instruments S4 and a F1 (nice macbook pro running traktor). I also have a roland sp-555 but I have no sequencing software and feel limited as to what I can construct as the sp-555 is cool in an old school way but a little tricky to remember how to get it all to run and basically impossible (for me) to make it work with traktor.. Traktor is mega cool but i want to start making music, not just remixing others tracks.

so anyway I want to use maschine. Ni says, for kids to use, go for the studio.. but I am wondering if i bought the mikro, could I map the knobs and buttons on the F1 to do extra stuff.. would it be worth it? Do you have any ideas or recommendations?
    Any and all advice appreciated,
    Have a great day

Go for Maschine mkII or the Maschine Studio, skip the F1 for sure.
