ive been wandering if theirs any way i can import diffrent projects ive worked on all in to one for live performance with apc40/ launchpad etc

Yes, there is. If you go into each project and drag the tracks you want to save into your library, they will be saved. Then open one set and drag all the tracks you've saved into this set. Should work, might have to be careful of different ableton versions though. Ableton is forward compatible, but not back compatible (if that makes sense).
