    Default Mixer or usb interface?

    Hi,
I currently have a mashine mk2 which I'm using for DJ'ing with traktor scratch pro. I'm confused as to whether to buy a soundcard or a dj mixer. Please give me suggestions as well as pros and cons of both.

    Regards,
    Aka$h

Hmmm. Not gonna delve too deep into how you got traktor scratch without a certified audio interface but if I were you I'd get a z1 which I think come with traktor pro 2. It's a mixer and a USB soundcard

My preference is for mixing externally. Unfortunately, my preference also tends to be for mixers that don't have a built-in sound card....which works...it just makes it more expensive.
