S2 MK1 fimware update help.

so i recently updated my firmware to 27, which is what it told me to do; now Traktor is glitchy af. play won't work no matter the mapping, the jog wheels are on steroid turbo mode, and my browser knob skips tracks. wtf did they do?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

so i re-ran the inital setup process via the help menu and got it back to a working state, but when i load the DJTT mapping it goes wonky on me again.

has the DJ TT mapping been updated to work with the new firmware?

Generally that shouldn't be an issue but NI have been doing all kinds of interesting things lately.

i thought these drivers are only audio related! so this should not affect the midi part and an update of the mappings is not needed.

the update of traktor 2.6.8 to traktor 2.7.1 may have corrupted your TraktorSettings.tsi-file.
Folder path: Native Instruments > traktor pro 2.7.1 > Traktor Settings.tsi Delete this file and restart Traktor.

the update of the driver may have changed your audio setup. Try setting the latency on 256 and the sample rate to 48.000 Hz.

jogs on steroids reminds me of setting the encoder mode wrong. check in controller manager the command for the jogs. is it set to "3Fh/41h" or "7Fh/01h"? Maybe reimport your mapping twice!

hopes these may help. i don´t have a S2, but an Audio2MK1 and there the drivers work fine at 48kHz.
