Kontrol S4 MK2 problem

Hi!
So I bought a used S4 this week and Traktor doesn't find it as a audio device, but i can control the jogwheels and some buttons. Traktor also says its outdated and sends me to their website to download Device Updater, but same goes for that, it doesnt recognize it so I cant update! I've changed usb-ports, usb-cable. different traktor versions, reinstalling drivers and software, but the only thing that worked was changing to my Macbook Pro. It worked instantly and I have the same traktor version etc on it.
I haven't registered the product yet, since the previous owner just sent the mail to Native, asking to remove the product from his account. Does this affect Device Updater or something?

The S4 controller is working on my Mac laptop with no problems, but my PC doesnt recognize it.
