    Hello All,

    I am looking for some help mapping a controller to allow traktor to send to allocated remix deck.

    Hi,
    I need you to clarify something. Do you wish to copy loops from a Track in to the Remix deck or do you wish to copy samples from Remix deck to some other Remix deck cell?

    Do you have your "Cell Triggers" already mapped to your controller? Do you know some mapping basics with modifiers?

    I have got 4x4 remix cells triggers set up on push. I am starting out but have managed simple modifiers to use encoders on push for volume and filter of each remix slot so far.

    I wish to make Push function like f1 controller.

    Thank you,

    OK - Cool!
    What you need to do is combine two commands in to one button mapping per deck. This is how your deck A setup should look:

    1. Add In > Remix Deck > Capture Source Selector
    type = Button
    mode = Direct
    value = Deck A
    assignment = Deck C (copying to deck C)

    2. Add In > Remix Deck > Direct Mapping > Cell Capture Modifier
    type = Button
    mode = Hold
    assignment = Deck C

    If you have set everything correctly, you should be able to hold this button down as your deck capture function and then (while held down) press down any of sample triggers in Deck C to copy loop based on mapped value (deck target)

    There is a few more mapping ways trough but this one works best for me

    I have had little success with this. I have since used caputre to slot modifier instead. Seems ok ish the now. Still trying though. Thanks again.

    That's strange. Did you add and map the Source Selector before the Cell Capture modifier? Could you please upload the mapping for me to check for errors?
    Not sure about Push since I dot have it but first thing I'd check is if the pads Note ON and OFF are set to toggle or gate.

    Default Will do that!

    Ran out of time last night! Will re visit later. I'm working on just a few commands at a time. So far I can get push encoder to turn up and down individual remix cell volume with a shift modifier for Fiter Adjust on the same encoder. Works well so far.

    Be back at you later when I try your suggested method.

    Thanks very much for your help so far Stewe.

    To add yes! Your method works well and i have incorporated into my mapping. Stupidly i hadnt set thecort in and out ports when first trying! Was tired but in a new day it works just fine.

    Thankyou very much Stewe.
