Default Problems with Traktor and installing Controllers

Hi there. I have a problem to install my hardware into Traktor. I have two Denon DN-SC2000 controllers and a Reloop Mixtour. I´ve downloaded the original Mapping files for traktor, the latest Asio driver and the new firmware for the Denons. I´ve installed Asio driver and the new firmware for the Denons without any Problems. But to get hardware installed in Traktor makes me crazy. No chance to get them working all together. can you help me with this Problem??

    1) Import your Mixtour TSI by clicking on the big Import button which is located at the bottom left corner of your preferences window.
    2) Import SC2000 TSI from the Device Menu "ADD" button.

Just be sure that each part of the mapping is ported to correct controller (In-Port and Out-Port)

Try first setting up the Mixtour (Reloop ASIO driver and *.tsi mapping file), it's not clear what is your problem

I think that the problem is big import button because it overwrites all existing mappings eliminating the possibility to add more controller TSI's.

    Thanks for the fast Reply.

I´m Sorry when my questions sounds a little stupid because I´m a beginner in Traktor.

I did all like you told me. But I don´t know how to port a mapping to a controller. How I have to do that?

Here are some screenshots of my preferences setup windows:

    Controller Setup Denon Deck A.jpg

    Controller Setup Denon Deck B.jpg

in Input/output is allways shown n/a or None

    Are theese settings correct?

    Output routing.jpg

Here I´ve selected external Mixing. Is that correct?

    Please help me!!

It seems that your OS isn't recognizing the controller. Do you have drivers installed and all that jazz?

I think I have installed all three devices correctly. My devicemanager shows them...

OK - were all controllers plugged in via USB while you tried to set the MIDI In/Out ports?

Yes, all allcontrollers are connected over an active 4-port USB hub.

Since you're using PC. Was there some other MIDI application opened along side Traktor?

The MIDI port on Windows couldn't be shared between apps so if some other program is already making the port busy than Traktor won't receive the MIDI signal from your controllers.
