there doesnt seem to be much low end in it yet... that makes it sound a bit thin. keep going with it

yah, cool sounding but you need to compress the hell out of your kick. loving the bassline and the vocal samples.

Thanks for the feedback chaps, you're right, I hadn't mixed it yet.

Had a quick crack earlier and uploaded a new file. Kick still needs bringing forward a bit.

I'm struggling because my monitors are telling me the sub is ok and my phones are telling me there's way too much... Maybe acoustics problems in my room. What dyou reckon?

what are you using for monitors and phones?

Eris E5s and Sony MDR 7506s. Like them both but I get very different bass responses.

Do your monitors have a sub? If not this could be where the discrepancies are...
