Default From Analog to Digital - need advices

    Hi everybody!
I'm exDJ that now mixing just for fun or some parties for friends.
I still have my TechnicsSL1200 setup but I would like to switch to digital world.
I'm not used to any software on the marked (tried TraktorPro2 but doesn't matter) so I have to learn from basics on anyone of them.
My idea is to have a CDJ setup that in my country is typical in any club or private rooms for parties.
Unfortunately can't afford that setup and looking for one of those controllers.
I would like a controller that helps me to also start to be more familiar with CDJs, so in case I have to perform with them I can figure out how to do that,
So I'm pretty oriented to Pioneer family but not knowin the digital world I can't understand what setup can make me as close as possible to a CDJ setup!
Anyone can help? Thanks in advance.

    Cheers

best option: https://store.djtechtools.com/products/xdj-rX it uses the same on-board software that the cdjs have. you can also connect it to Pioneer's Rekordbox DJ and use it as a midi controller

Mastah Kyle is right the XDJ-RX is a good option. I considered going that route but as far as I know the XDJ-RX is not DVS ready, meaning that you can't use your turntables with the controller. That was a deal breaker for me because I love to scratch a little here and there. I ended up going with the DDJ-RX and it has fit my needs perfectly. Not sure if the license for Rekordbox DJ is still free with the purchase but in my case the license was included. You can prep your tracks in the software and export to a usb drive to use with the more recent CDJ's typically found in clubs.

The RZ looks awesome but I couldn't justify the extra $1000 in cost.

FYI: I did have to purchase a Rekordbox DVS license for $99 to activate the DVS capabilities. Also had to buy Pioneer DVS control vinyl ($15 each).

It doesnt sound like he needs DVS. The XDJ-RX has a ground so you CAN connect TTs to them but you will not have DVS control. Those controllers are both very nice and do many things but you NEED a laptop for that while with the XDJ you can choose to use a laptop or just USB rekordbox playlists

All very true. I really like the idea of the XDJ-RX but it just fell short for my needs. The 4 plastic buttons instead of 8 pads and the lack of DVS support were my main gripes.

My post was more in response to OPs second post where he mentioned the RZ and SZ2. He never mentions DVS but since he has some Techs laying around I feel that he should at least consider something that is DVS ready. However, the title of the post seems to imply he is wanting to get away from the TTs, so the XDJ-RX is certainly a great option for this situation.
