Having trouble hearing vinyl through S4 Mk3

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to play my normal records from my 1200 through the S4MK3, but it's not working properly. The output volume on the channel mixer is extremely low (I have to crank my cue all the way to barely hear it) and there isn't an audio output signal on the master channel at all.

It's probably user error, but I've looked through Preferences and I'm pretty stuck. When I've looked at Audio Setup at the top in Preferences, the Phono/Line says the input channel is not supported, which doesn't seem right.

Any help or tips would be much appreciated! I really want to play my vinyl without having to switch mixers.

Press shift and the EXT button at the same time on channels A & B, that switches them to phono mode. It took me a while to work that out too.
