2 simple channel sound card together using for ableton

Hi,
I have a problem with ableton.
I have 2 simple soundcard both have a microphone input and a headphone output. My question is how can I use these soundcards together? Ableton doesn’t support it, but for example ‘Virtual dj’ does. Maybe a client can solve the problem? Any ideas?

ASIO4ALL on Windows. Audio MIDI Setup on Mac OS.
