Audio 8 with traktor pro 2
Hello everyone, I was hoping to get some assistance in regards to the audio 8 soundcard. I currently have the s4 and got the free TP2 upgrade. However, Im thinking of buying a used audio 8 soundcard with hopes to use it with my already installed traktor pro 2. Is this possible? or do I need to buy the s4 traktor scratch pro upgrade? Thanks for the help
Audio 8 will work with your currently installed TP2 and if you decide to take advantage of the $139 Scratch upgrade the 8 would let you use it with any mixer.
ok, so if I dont buy the scratch upgrade I wont be able to use my pioneer mixer and cdjs with the traktor pro 2 and the audio 8 soundcard? Even if i already have the timecode cds and vinyl?
if you have TSP2 it should work.
No, I just have the traktor pro 2 from traktor s4 upgrade and the audio 8 soundcard.
You have to have Scratch to use the timecode.
