[QUOTE]Not too long ago, Beezo Blog’s very own Dj Shiftee wrote a great article on some tips he uses to overcome stage fright. Let’s be honest, we all get it from time to time especially when we’re in a pressure filled situation such as competing in a Dj battle or playing to a very large crowd. Don’t let your fellow dj’s fool you with all those “lets goooooo” tweets on the weekends. Yes…they get nervous too.

read more on the link above. Pretty neat stuff.

Without reading it I’m going to say one of the things he recommends is to eat a sandwich.

Now I’m going to go read it.

EDIT: well I was wrong, but it was good anyway.

he did talk about not eating a full meal before a gig.

As usual, love his humour.

Uh, what, am I the only one who reads the last one as vajayjay ? :0

Bumtsch, you sick puppy!

Love this guy :sunglasses:

Agreed!

I usually play Outdoor festivals…and this is also one of my rules.

Them porta loos are NOT the place to rest your bones and drop off the kids…

A few years back I read something related on Agoria’s blog (french DJ, producer and label boss).
He said something like “always have a packet of handkerchieves with you at gigs, especially when you have to use the porta-potties at a festival”.
I stick to this as much as possible as a club-goer, hankies+earplugs !
