Behringer Q502 USB Questions

Behringer Q502 USB Questions

So I’m looking of a USB interface that I can route the audio in from my controller through RCA or TRS and out through my speakers as well as route audio out through USB when using Ableton. I’ve been searching for a while and I came across this. I can’t seem to find any information on routing audio with it. I essentially want something I can have my speakers plugged into all the time but work with audio from different sources for relatively cheap. If not can your recommend an interface that can.

I know this is worded terribly sorry about that. If it confuses you then just tell me which part I need to explain. Also I’m not sure if this post is in the right section. yea…

That’s a mixer, not an Audio Interface (but it DOES have a stereo USB interface included. Same same but different!)

But if I understand your question correctly, then yes, it will do what you want.

I know its a mixer, I want to be able to expand upon it with a mic eventually.

Hi DigitalQw3rty!

Thanks for your question about the Q502. It’s a pretty cool mixer/interface. Can you please list exactly what gear you are using and outline what you’re trying to achieve? I just want to make sure I understand the end goal and what you’re working with.

I’m planning on using it kind of as an audio hub in 2 different configurations, if that makes sense.

Configuration 1:

laptop → Q502–> Speakers

Configuration 2:

Controller Output → Q502—> Speakers/Recording Device

I wan’t to have it so I don’t have to constantly unplug my speakers, and I wan’t to be able to use it with ableton
