Best USB Hub for multiple controllers
Hi.
I had 2 nanoKontrols, 1 launchpad, 1 padKontrol, 1 Behringer BCF, 1 MPD18 and more sometimes.
I need to power them all from 2 usb ports on my unibody 15" MBP - but i always have power issues when i power my hubs so now i dont, i let the mac power all devices.
i currently have these - USB 7-port Powered Tower Hub : Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories - but wonder if there is a better solution?

i know people always say it needs to be powered but uh..i run a 4 port extender from walmart bus powered in addition to my other 3 pc-based ports filled. i’ve been fine thus far

In the OP’s defense you knew to search for confirmed multi TT which is something a noob to the forum is likely not to know. I was going to say that he should have checked the FAQ, but that thread wasn’t in there. A problem that I have now remedied. 
I use the Belkin F4U017 7 Port USB 2.0 Hub with power adapter with five ports full on it.
