Can Cue Master be used as Beat Masher?

Hi all,

I know Ean posted in the blog comments that each midifighter is flashed with a separate firmware in order for the knobs and faders to function correctly.

I’m curious if anyone has been able to use their pro with the various other mappings out designed. I for instance have the cue master, I got this one over the beatmaster because it had the extra super knob. But I really like some of the aspects of the beatmasher, so I was hoping there would be a way to use both mappings (not at the same time) but be able to play with the beat masher for a couple of weeks and go back to the original cue master.

Apologies if this is a repost, i tried searching for this but didn’t get a solid answer.

Yup, just load the beatmasher tsi

I’m not sure if it would work properly,
If it does you would have to flip the cue master so it’s sits vertically.

I would be careful tho, since there is no updater out yet for MF Pro

Updater isn’t gonna affect the traktor mapping!

Yeah, loading a tsi won’t jack with the firmware and that’s what the updater does.

I use my MFP super knob with the beatmasher mapping and it works gr8
