Can someon please help with CDJ-2000 nexus and traktor

I’m having a problem with traktor pro and my CDJ-2000’s nexus every time I move the platter on the cdj the tempo increases by itself. I don’t understand why the pitch keeps going high or low with out me touch the pitch slider. I posted a video on youtube.

Does this happen with both CDJs? also could you please post your tempo settings in Traktor–is it set to auto or master? Have you tried deleting your mapping and re-importing? What version of traktor?

I’m off to bed soon but have a similar set up and could help you iron this out tomorrow.

This is clearly an issue, try to down- or upgrade the firmware.
If this doesn’t work, bring it in for repair (I hope you still have warranty…)
